By learning how the law sees discrimination, farmers can avoid legal problems and spot better ways to ensure we are attracting the best workforce possible.

Join us for a webinar that explains the legal mechanics of discrimination under federal law as well as Minnesota and Wisconsin law. We’ll also share lots of practical tips about how to adapt interview and management practices to meet the law’s standards.
